Asset Building
Case Management (ABC) provides comprehensive case management services that
assist low and moderate income families achieve their self-sufficiency
and housing security goals. Catholic Charities case management takes a
holistic view of the client’s needs, which broadens the focus to
include biological, psychological, and social needs.

FINANCIAL EDUCATION CLASSES
Fundamentals
of Good Credit
Families accepted into ABC will
participate in a variety of classes on money management & home buyer
education (Fundamentals of Good
Credit classes). Each family will be required to establish a
pattern of regular savings. Individual Development Accounts (IDA)
may be available to those who qualify. These savings accounts will
provide a two-to-one match for the money that the family saves to allow
them to buy a home, go to college or attend a vocational school.
