Catholic Charities of Southeast Texas.

Come dance, listen or sit in your seat and tap your feet to the beat of live music from Jackie Callier and the Cajun Cousins. Plus enjoy delicious Cajun foods like fried boudain balls, shrimp & grits, or grillades along with your favorite traditional breakfast food items. Plenty of good food, good music and good times to be shared with your family and friends! There will also be a silent and live auction and other items for sale.

We gon pass a good time cher at the 25th Annual Breakfast with the Bishop. Hope ya’ll come!

Elijah’s Place Volunteer Training
Join Us in Improving Children’s Lives!

 Elijah’s Place needs volunteers to facilitate its grief support groups for children.   Please help children ages 5-18 rediscover the joy every child deserves.

Volunteers need to attend all three training sessions and Protecting God’s Children training. Volunteers must make a one year commitment of service.

Volunteer training will be May 10 from 5:30—9:30 p.m. 
and May 14 and 21 from 9:00 a.m.—5:00 p.m.
at Catholic Charities Central Services Facility, 2780 Eastex Freeway, Beaumont

Donations are needed to help our friends and neighbors recover and rebuild their lives following the March 2016 floods.

In addition to monetary donations to assist with this effort, we are also accepting donations of gift cards.  Gift cards will allow those recovering from the devastation to purchase the items of which they are most in need.  Suggested gift cards include Walmart, ACE Hardware, Home Depot, and Lowe’s.

Services of Catholic Charities are available in most counties comprising the territory of the Diocese of Beaumont: Jefferson, Orange, Hardin, Chambers, Jasper, Liberty, Newton, Polk, and Tyler.  Catholic Charities provides services to individuals and families regardless of their religious beliefs.

Our success in Providing Help and Creating Hope is contingent on the strength of our volunteer program, as well as financial support from contractual agreements, the Diocese of Beaumont and other dioceses, fellow Catholic Charities agencies, local businesses, generous foundations and caring individuals.  We are humbled by our ability to assist our community through the efforts of our supporters. Together with our supporters, we strive to makeSoutheast Texas a better place to live.
